1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. About the App
The “TV Gamepad: Nexbox Controller” enables users to control and play Nexbox TV games on compatible Android TV and Google TV devices. The App and related services are owned and operated by Neuplay Ventures LLP (“Neuplay”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
Users under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent.
Parents are responsible for monitoring children’s usage and purchases.
4. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on supported devices.
You may not:
Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App
Use the App for commercial or unlawful purposes
Circumvent security or payment systems
5. Free Trial
The App may offer a free trial for new users.
After the free trial ends, users will be prompted to subscribe.
6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Subscription Plans: Certain features require a paid subscription.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Billing:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions:
Apple App Store → Account → Subscriptions
Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions
Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.
7. Pricing & Changes
Prices may vary by region and are displayed before purchase.
Neuplay reserves the right to modify pricing or offerings.
Changes apply from the next billing cycle.
8. Refund Policy
All payments are handled by Apple or Google.
Refund requests must be made through the respective App Store or Play Store.
Neuplay does not directly issue refunds.
9. Game Access & Availability
Game availability may vary by device, region, or subscription tier.
Neuplay may add, remove, or modify games at any time.
10. Online Features & Connectivity
Neuplay is not responsible for network issues, latency, or device compatibility limitations.
11. User Conduct
Do not exploit bugs or cheats
Do not interfere with the service or servers
Do not use offensive or unlawful behavior
Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.
12. Intellectual Property
All games, content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software are the exclusive property of Neuplay Ventures LLP or its licensors.
13. Privacy
Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.
14. Updates & Modifications
Neuplay may update or modify the App to improve performance, security, or features.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
16. Limitation of Liability
Neuplay shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
17. Termination
Neuplay may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
